C's Mad Batter Cakery started with one idea: dessert should never be an afterthought. Ciarra bakes everything from scratch, real butter, real flavor, real ingredients you can pronounce. No box mixes. No shortcuts. No settling for ordinary. Every cake, cupcake, and specialty dessert is built around the person ordering it, not pulled off a template. Based in Sparks, Nevada, C's has grown from custom cake orders into a full dessert studio serving weddings, birthdays, and everything in between. The goal has stayed the same since day one: bold flavors, beautiful designs, and a process that feels personal from the first conversation to the final bite.
"Needed to Pace Myself"
I got croissants from this lovely bakery - classic, mango strawberry, and Dubai chocolate. All were delicious and perfectly flaky. Service was also great; I was able to meet one of the owners, who was very down to earth and proud of his wife's creations. They had some very yummy-looking cupcakes and cakes for sale as well but I needed to pace myself since it was only 8 AM. I will be back for more!
